WE’RE HIRING: SECURITY MANAGER
Overwatch is recruiting an experienced Security Manager to oversee security and loss-prevention operations across warehousing, logistics and fleet environments in Mozambique.
The role is based in Maputo and requires the ability to travel as operationally required.
Minimum requirements:
* Legal right to live and work in Mozambique
* Proven experience as a Security Manager or in a similar leadership role
* Strong experience in loss prevention
* Practical security experience within warehousing and logistics operations
* Experience managing vehicle and fleet security
* Ability to conduct security risk assessments and investigations
* Experience developing and enforcing security procedures
* Strong incident-management, reporting and team-leadership skills
* Good working knowledge of CCTV, access control and physical security systems
* Fluency in Portuguese
* Professional working proficiency in English
* Knowledge of local Mozambican languages is an advantage
The successful candidate must be operationally focused, disciplined and capable of identifying vulnerabilities, reducing losses and strengthening accountability across warehouse and fleet operations.
Location: Maputo, with travel
