Position: Quality Trainee (18–24 month program)

Experience: Quality control experience (ideally FMCG) is an advantage

Main Responsibilities
• Support Quality Assurance and Safety activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Conduct laboratory, microbiological, and packaging quality tests.
• Participate in risk assessments, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Identify deviations and support investigations and corrective actions.
• Assist with audits, quality documentation, and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and product quality initiatives.
• Promote safety, hygiene, and quality culture across departments.
Candidate Profile
• B.Tech or BSc degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in quality control is an advantage.
• FMCG quality control experience is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to another brewery within the region after the program.
