We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional for one of our esteemed clients in the FMCG (Food) Industry based in Mozambique.
Location: Mozambique
Position: Manager – Human Resources Manager
Experience Required:
12 to 22 years of experience in Human Resources
Experience from any Manufacturing Industry
Mandatory Requirement:
Candidates must have prior working experience in African countries
Strong exposure to Plant HR Operations, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Statutory Compliance
Key Attributes:
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in managing end-to-end HR functions
• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment
• Excellent communication and people management skills
