Position: F&B Assistant
Southern Sun Maputo is looking for a motivated and service-oriented F&B Assistant to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure excellent levels of guest satisfaction and service.
• Coordinate and support work related to table service.
• Implement F&B sales and promotional activities as directed by the F&B Manager.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and the correct presentation of dining areas and staff.
• Assist with beverage sales statistics, invoicing, and recording of revenue.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to maintain high service standards.
• Support the F&B Manager with operational plans and daily service requirements.
Requirements
• 12th Grade / Secondary School qualification.
• Availability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic knowledge of public relations and sales.
• Strong customer-service orientation and a professional attitude.
