🚨 Hiring | x2 Customer Service Team Leader (Import & Export) | Beira, Mozambique

We are looking for a senior leader to drive Customer Service Team (Import & Export). If you have strong experience in Import & Export operations, team leadership, and driving operational performance, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

🔹 Experience: 3–5 years (with proven leadership experience)

🔹 Location: Beira, Mozambique

🔹 Domain: Logistics & Import/Export Operations

🔹 Tech Focus: Ensure process compliance, accuracy, and financial integrity

💼 What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end file management from booking to final closure

• Drive KPI performance and ensure high service delivery standards

• Ensure billing accuracy and protect company revenue

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance

• Maintain full control of files, documentation, and system updates (EPMS)

• Identify risks, resolve operational issues, and prevent delays

• Drive process improvements and standardization across operations

• Monitor financial exposure and ensure all billable activities are captured

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to ensure productivity and discipline

• Collaborate with stakeholders and escalate issues when required

✅ We’re looking for:

• 3–5 years’ experience in Import/Export or logistics

• Strong understanding of shipping processes and documentation

• Experience leading teams and driving performance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems (EPMS or similar)

• Fluency in Portuguese and English

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
