The Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative assistance and support services that impact the effectiveness and smooth-running of the Mozambique office, including proactive management of payments, supplier liaison, mailbox and calendar, general operational support, and effective co-ordination of activities.
Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities
- Monthly submission of various original Tax Returns to the Mozambique Tax Authorities with an original Sasol stamp;
- Submission and follow up of Tax Clearance Certificates – INSS and Tax;
- Submission and follow up of documents to Central Bank;
- Submission of documents to Notaries, Registers and BAU, and respective follow up until conclusion of procedure;
- Payment of Social Security contributions due on the 10th of each month;
- Provide General administrative support to the Maputo Office departments;
- Organizing and controlling documents, updating files and records for the Maputo office departments;
- Supervise the reception/ visitor’s management system, mails, archives, and storeroom;
- Manage all stationary requirements and ensure the teams are adequately catered for;
- Assist in the process of new mobile phone contracts with the Sasol’s mobile phone operator;
- Assist with travel and hotels reservation;
- Manage the delivery and receipt of various correspondence to external stakeholders;
- Arrange documents and materials to be sent out of the province (DHL);
- Establish, maintain, and develop an appropriate efficient team assistance systems and processes, to ensure the smooth and effective support.
Formal Education
- High School / School Diploma or similar
- Experience: 3+ relevant years in Administration
