General Manager – Mozambique | Container Liner Shipping
I’m currently searching for an experienced General Manager / Country Manager to lead a shipping business in Mozambique.
This is a senior leadership position with responsibility across commercial and operational performance, requiring someone who genuinely understands the container liner shipping and ship agency environment.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
Strong container liner shipping experience
Hands-on shipping agency / vessel operations experience
Senior commercial and operational leadership experience
Experience managing sales, customer service and operational teams
Strong understanding of ports, vessel calls, container operations and local shipping markets
P&L / budgeting / financial management responsibility
