We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Coordinator to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting HR and Admin operations, ensuring smooth coordination, and supporting day to day activities.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting day to day HR and Administrative activities;
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records;
Helping implement HR processes and policies;
Coordinating trainings and employee engagement initiatives;
Ensuring smooth office operations and logistics.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field;
2-4 years of experience in similar roles;
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Good understanding of HR practices;
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
