We’re Hiring – Lead Operator (Electrical Engineering)
Ecolog Mozambique is looking for an experienced Lead Operator to join our Operations team.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial operations, Power Generation, Utilities, Facilities Management, or Oil & Gas.
At least 3 years of experience in a Lead Operator, Senior Operator, or Control Room Operator role.
Experience with SCADA, DCS, PLC, and Central Control Room (CCR) operations.
Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, generators, motors, pumps, transformers, switchgear, and industrial plant equipment.
Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
